Alumni and current Sacred Heart students who require a copy of their transcripts are asked to complete the following form and provide payment using the online link below. All requests will be processed within a week. Transcripts are typically mailed on the Friday after the request is made.
Please note the following:- There is $15.00 a fee for transcripts: Pay Here
- Please complete the form below. Payment alone will not generate the transcript request.
- If there is an outstanding balance of tuition, transcripts will not be mailed or processed until the balance is paid in full.
- Current Seniors: upon completion of your last academic school year, transcripts will be mailed to the colleges or armed forces that you will attend after graduation. Seniors do not need to request transcripts for this process to occur. However, if a current senior has an outstanding balance, transcripts will be held until the balance is paid in full.
