It is with an abundance of caution and care for the Sacred Heart community that we have made the decision to postpone the 3rd Annual Hall of Fame and Beefsteak Dinner from March 24th to Thursday, June 18, 2020. (The Golf Outing scheduled for 6/18 has been postponed. Details to follow when available.) While there are currently no cases of COVID-19 at Sacred Heart, our main commitment is to the safety of our fellowship. Just as numerous other major social events in the Yonkers area have been cancelled or postponed, we share that common interest in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 to vulnerable members of our population. Registration for the Beefsteak Dinner will remain open and we look forward to celebrating with you as we honor our inductees on June 18th!
Congratulations to our Varsity Girls who clinched the GCHSAA Class “C” City Championship on March 5, 2020 in an exciting battle against Dominican Academy. Sophomore Kyla M. scored her 1,000th point in exciting fashion, tying the game with a set of free throws. Kyla led the team with 34 points, followed by Gaby S. with 10, Jessie D. with 6, & Emily C. with 5. WAY TO GO LADIES!
