Students Raise $6,000 for Thanksgiving Food Drive

Over 300 Sacred Heart High School students participated in the school's annual "Walk-a-thon" at Untemeyer Park in order to raise money for its Thanksgiving Food Drive. The total collection amounted to over $6,000. These funds will be used to purchase turkeys and canned goods. All food will be assembled in bags for the needy of Yonkers on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
