*Advanced Placement is a program created by the College Board, which offers college-level curricula and examinations to high school students. American colleges and universities often grant placement and course credit to students who obtain high scores on the examinations.
**College-Credit Courses are those courses apart of the Advanced College Experience Program, which is an academic partnership between Westchester Community College and Sacred Heart High School, which enables Sacred Heart students to enroll in college level classes and earn college credit during their final year of high school. Classes are taught by approved, qualified high school teachers. All classes take place in Sacred Heart High School.
